The Riverside Virtual School (RVS) offers opportunities for school districts to extend virtual learning opportunities to their students, without set-up or support of high-expense networking and course-management technologies. This innovative program allows small schools and rural school districts to extend course offerings in a way previously unavailable.

I was meeting with fellow educators from Riverside County the other day and it became apparent that there was a need to bring together teachers and public school administrators for the purpose of advancing a collaborative conversation regarding how we can work together to solve the issues facing our schools and the students and parents we serve.
